283807 2004-10-23 23:02:00 It will burn the CD as though you had done a 1:1 copy.

Disc's are cheap... 40c each.... Burn a few until you get it right.

Greg is right though - Click here (trial.alcohol-soft.com) for a 30-day trial of Alcohol 120%

Its a small download but it'll make your life easier, and you wont be able to burn the CD in any way _but_ the correct way for what you hope to achieve :-)

283808 2004-10-24 00:04:00 Lets paraphrase the original question:

> i have recently downloaded a program and all that came with it is a cue file and a bin file, how do i run this? have no idea, any help would be appreciated.

I have recently downloaded some warez and all that came with it is a cue file and a bin file, how do I run this? have no idea, any help would be appreciated.

283809 2004-10-24 00:16:00 I had thought the same thing but figured I'd keep my mouth shut....

After all, Nero uses .nrg images, so she didnt make the ISO with Nero..

If Alcohol had been used then the user would also know that it can be used to re-burn or at least mount the image.

Im surprised there wasnt a question about "50 .r01 -> .r50 files" ;-)

I'm about to email you with that question.

As for the insinuation that the aforementioned files are anything but legal - you must bear in mind before making such presumptions that there are many programs available for purchase that have an option of being downloaded as such files. Examples of this are seen at Microsoft, and I have personally downloaded a few from other places (after paying for them). They instruct you to burn these to a CD using any standard CD Writing software - so as to save themselves hassle and shipping.

Great. Ignore those that suggest nefarious activity. Well done.
