2004-10-24 03:34:00 | i know its an investment to get a graphics card with 256mb's of ram... but is it really necessary? only the newest games on highest everything require 256mb for full speed but wil 128 be enough? i guess so.. im just not sure

2004-10-24 03:38:00 | check the reveiw sites for benchmarks between the cards. i don't think the 256meg is worth the extra $$$. >i know its an investment to get a graphics card with 256mb's of ram... no such thing as "investment" with pc's. they are out of date as soon as you buy them and you loose money on them faster than new cars!

2004-10-24 10:04:00 | im used to buying technology thats out of date - i bought my new pc and went down to a magazine shop the next day and read about pci express - grrr | ApeNz (4220) | |
2004-10-24 10:06:00 | You would have got far less performance for your money if you had gone with PCI-Express anyhow.... | metla (154) | |
2004-10-24 10:10:00 | i know but i would have given me something to consider - maybe waiting to pci express prices creep down and it becomes more mainstream - which i think now its happening | ApeNz (4220) | |
