1354913 2013-10-02 15:41:00 Anyone bought one of these? I did and wonder what other users think.
I will reserve my judgement.

1354914 2013-10-02 18:12:00 You know you can google user reviews of all these products?

1)Do NOT buy from the TV Shop
2)Most reviews state the thing can't cut a rotten tomato and the "blades" break

I didn't buy it off line but in a hardware store and it was a spur of the moment purchase.
Normally I wouldn't touch anything advertised on line and I do look at reviews except for this time.
My opinion so far it is worth about $30 not the $130 I paid for it.
Guess they rely on Suckers like me to sell such crap.
There is no way you can operate it as they show on TV

Now I will look at the reviews. I think I closed the stable door too late thought.

1354916 2013-10-02 21:20:00 My advice would be to never buy anything they advertise on infomercials, even if it's from a physical shop, since it's all cheap trash junk.

If the product actually worked and was good quality, they wouldn't need to assault your brain with hours of crap about it. People would be lining up to buy them from word of mouth.

1354917 2013-10-02 23:18:00 I agree whole heartedly.
I reckon I just had a senior moment. I have written to the manager of Mitre10 Mega and told him my views.

1354918 2013-10-03 00:12:00 Can't you take it back and say you changed your mind? Agent_24 (57)

No. Against the CGA.
What you can do is use it to cut an onion. Then, when the blades snap, take it back and ask for a refund as it is "not fit for the purpose"...

1354920 2013-10-24 05:56:00 I got a nice reply from Mitre10 Mega after explaining what I thought of the Nicerdicer and the advertising that appeared to be a scam.
Without question they refunded my money. Good show Mitre10Mega
