| 1372727 | 2014-04-14 12:12:00 | My Outlook 2010 does not shut down properly, it looks as if it is closed (outlook window closes); when I try to shut down my computer, it says that my Outlook is not closed, options to shut down anyway, or cancel to close Outlook (something to that effect). When I click cancel, Win8.1 returns to the desktop screen, but Outlook seems to be already closed, and when I click to open, it won't open! I used to have this problem once of twice before but after I updated to Windows 8.1 Update 1, it happens much more frequently. I got this 2 times just today alone. Start Outlook does not help. Any solution to this? OS: Windows 8.1 with latest updates. |

| 1372733 | 2014-04-14 22:27:00 | How do I know which add-in is causing problem? Disable ALL the comm addins, see if that fixes it then re-eanable them 1 by 1 Chances are you dont need any of those addins anyway From memory, itunes addin used to sometimes do this, a few years back. |
