Do you want to set up a VPN for work, roaming user, games, etc? Is there more than one machine on a network needing access? You have access to the Linksys user manual? What aspect of VPN is giving you trouble? Cheers Murray P |

| 284794 | 2004-10-29 05:55:00 | hi Murray, i'm going to use the VPN for roaming purposes.. here are the details: Linksys BEFVP41 router firmware ver. 1.00.13 ADSL connection (with 5 static IP addresses) SSH sentinel 1.3.2.2 desktop PC running on Win2kPro mobile PC running on Win2kPro i have my home PC and my mobile PC and i can not get the connection running...as i've mentioned before, i'm going to use the VPN for roaming purposes.. SSH Sentinel doesn't seem to be compatible with the Linksys BEFVP41 router, although i've searched the web long and hard and many have said that these two go well with each other. any help or advice is highly appreciated. best regards, chris |
