284783 2004-10-26 02:23:00 Yamada Denshi developed a night vision filter for Vodafone V602-SH cell phones that allows one to see beneath peoples' clothes if the conditions are right. The filter is said to work best when used on dark-colored bikinis.

holy crap that is the mother of all inventions. its a pity they are only available in Japan.

284785 2004-10-26 02:57:00 So the plan is to creep around swimmming pools taking covert photos of girls in dark bikini's with a cell phone?

to see some skin?

Lmao.

What a waste of time and effort,Better off asking the girls in bikini's if they need some attention.

284788 2004-10-26 03:24:00 lmao.

I hate to break it to ya,but its something you grow out of,...that is once certain events in your life take place.

After that the idea of low res bad quality photos can't compare.

I wouldn't even want a cellphone that could take photo's,let alone an adaptor to see through dark bikini's.

Although as a teenager i would have been doing my damnest to get them out of their bikini's,i wouldnt imagine i would have been fussed with a cellphone and toy camera

They had a model of videocam a few years back which when used with an ir filter reproduced the same results. Once the company became aware of the nefarious purposes to which it was being used for they yanked it from the market and dumbed it down. But that aside I think that anyone walking around with any electronic device in a swimming pool area is looked upon with great suspicion nowadays whether it be a phone, pda, calculator or microwave and probably with justification considering the number of wierdos into gadgets like this.

284791 2004-10-26 07:42:00 I think you could do that several years ago with Sony handicams.

Yeah and crikey is a good title for this thread too
