So i rang telecom to see why it didn't change like they said it would when i rang them and asked to change on the 24 when the new plans came in, but i just got more lies from them and now i have to wait to november the 27, So telecon say. i am very unhappy :-( if i could get cable i would. |

| 285091 | 2004-10-27 19:17:00 | My plans not due to change until 18th. The new plan is supposed to be the same speed (surf 3GB to Explorer) but I did test now and it is d/loading twice as fast. Not sure why and for how long it will last but no complaints here. | sam m (517) | ||

| 285095 | 2004-10-27 22:27:00 | Sorry Stu Which part do you not understand? I am on 3GB JS (Surf/Explorer) Yesterday my download speed dropped to 20 kb/s (less than dial-up) so I complained. (but strangely upload speed was 4 times what it should have been) This morning my rate is uncontrolled (full speed). So I am not complaining now, something for nothing?. Now if you detail which part you cannot understand, more detail can be given. It should be self explanatory however? |
