285660 2004-10-28 17:48:00 What started it off was I was thinking of a micro controller project, (to get out of the procrastination stage) of a multiple alarm to replace my bed alarm (but if you wake & get up at the same time each day you don't need a bed alarm),

Another alarm the reminds me it is 6pm and there is something worth watching on TV1 or TV3, I don't need reminding at 7pm I just switch the TV off,

Another alarm to remind me to take my medication, I used my cell phone as a alarm, then I realize it switches the cell phone off until the set time - but that's cool I never use a cell phone anyway.

Then my computer that pops up with a text file each time I turn the computer on to remind me to pay the phone bill, it good when I pay the bill and don't get the pop up.

......and it goes on. Oh it's getting late I must go and get organized

285661 2004-10-28 18:30:00 I just use the "sleep" command each night and tell my PC to pause for XYZ seconds before running a script to turn up the volume (I have it really low to go to sleep with) then tell it to blast me with something... Song depends on what mood Im in.

:-)

I'll grab the file though, Who knows when it'll come in handy!

Chill.
