I told them is it correct that starting from the 1st february everybody will be charge data charges+ an extra cost on this service.He says no. You will only need to pay data charges only and no extra charges. I said but the site said that it will not be free.What does it mean? Does that mean the data plan charges will be different next year? He says no.The data plan charges will be the same. He then carried on saying you can use the email client to retrieve emails using your phone and after the 1st of feburary you will need to pay the amount of data you receive. I said ok and said goodbye.HE didn't really understand what i said.He was kinda like going around the question!Carried on talking that i have been exceeded my plan and i should change plan!!!! |
