286272	2004-11-01 09:37:00	IMHO, if u are really offended by this then u are overly sensitive . Anyway, back to the topic . . I am supposed to get it on the 27th, but I had to change login name on the 26th but even after I ve changed my user name I am still on 128 kb/s . I rang orcon several times, and what they said a minute turned out to be 40 minutes . . . but anyway I got through and I spoke to this lady who said she has this huge list of people who hasn't got bitstream but should have . And said that she would give telecom a call and find out whats going on and then ring or email us back . I even asked her whether she will ring me back today or tmr . . or the next day . . . . she said today (2 days ago) but I have yet to hear from her . . and of course I am still stuck on the old speed while I have received a bill demanding a payment of $40 odd bux! 286275	2004-11-01 10:55:00	I would be nice if someone from Orcon comes and make a post and explain what is really going on ....seriously lately my ping time is rediculously high, about 60 -70ms higher than normal, and I am not on my BS (bitstream =p) connection even tho I am supposed to have it 4 days ago...
