I have just resubscribed to norton firewall 2004. downloaded all updates and common client failed to install. Message says to see technical support where says you have to subscribe to technical support.. have xp sp2. anjy bright ideas out there.. xp firewall is turned off. |

Did u install common client by itself?? I think this is the same file in 2003 that needs to be installed by itself. Untick everything ELSE BUT this file, when u select liveupdate again. |

no i just let the live update do its own thinng. Last time it was the only thing on the list. I will give it another try in the morning. I am an early bird but fade fast in the evenings! |
