286467 2004-10-31 08:56:00 Came across some interesting articles while browsing the web.
Ok - these are all UK websites but it's a hot topic over there as the concept of data capping is relatively new. Alot of ISPs in Europe now are taking to capping now and it's spreading like a plague.

Learn to live with it or pay for the none capped plan. There are plans if you wish to use everything and have open downloads with no capping.

286476 2004-11-01 05:36:00 I've just come from gameplanet forums and man, I thought those forums were full of nerds posting pointless comments but some of you lot are just as bad.

Interesting articles those barmy...somehow I can't see that an anticap site will do the slightest bit of good here in little old NZ though. A mate of mine in London (about half of all kiwis live there) says that alot of people are backlashing over the data capping there but then some of the ISPS were making it 1GB where people had been used to unlimited so its understandable.
Once they offer something good then it's hard for them to take it away. Difference is here is that data caps have been in from the start and they will be here to stay, whatever anyone says or does.
