I recently had to re-install windows xp (well a technician did it for me)
He very kindly backed up the my favourites etc which I have put where they should be and he also backed up my outlook express folders and e-mails I had sitting in Outlook express. They are now sitting in a folder on my desktop and are in the form of a number of files such as inbox.dbx and so on... I tried just copying them to the outlook express folder but this did nothing. This is probably a dumb question but can someone tell me how to get all my folders and saved e-mails etc back into the program. |

Open Outlook Express, go Files-import-messages then highlight "Microsoft Outlook Express 6" and then the "next" button. Then browse to where those files are. |
