Now, as far as I know that's cooking oil -- non-conductive and non-corrosive AFAIK.

So, if I dunked an old mobo in the stuff, what would happen? Would it die and just never ever POST again? Or would it run like normal?

I'm going to try tonight, with some kind of thing that has microchips but is really cheap (so it doesn't matter if it kills itself). Haven't found anything yet but I will use my old (can't read CDs) discman if I can find it.

287931 2004-11-04 09:52:00 A few threads ago george someone said you are a bit of a worry, I'm tending to agree with them.
As far as your latest project goes I wouldn't have a clue, but would be interested to hear how you get on

If they blow, I'll swap for another of the 10's I have.
