287851 2004-11-04 07:43:00 Hi
I have typed a long tale of woe in NOTEPAD.
Am I able to paste this into the pressf1 message box and if so how?

287852 2004-11-04 07:44:00 Edit / select all, the right mouse / copy then paste in here Spacemannz (808)
287853 2004-11-04 07:45:00 Yep, you certainly can. Highlight then right click > Copy > right click > Paste, et voila. You can do the same from any half decent text editor, even Word ;)

Ctrl C to copy
Ctrl V to paste

287855 2004-11-04 09:43:00 Do we really need to post every different way of doing it?

It's been covered, the second thread with the problem has been made, the problem was short in spite of this thread, and terribly formatted.

Not sure what was to be gained.

287857 2004-11-04 10:03:00 <thread> haha thread started again, please dont close this again as I may come up with more ideas and it's annoying to have to restart the thread each time.

Another idea on how to select:
Select with the mouse by clicking and holding the left mouse button just before the first word, then drag down untill the end.

287860 2004-11-04 10:35:00 LOL, actually, the "CTRL key" method is real handy when there is info you can highlight but has no right-click menu function available. Pheonix (280)
