| 288633 | 2004-11-06 20:55:00 | Hi, I am using Windows XP Professional & for some reason I can no longer right click on programs on the start menu & "send shortcut to desktop" etc. I have played with all the customising options to no avail. I would really appreciate some help, thank you. john Wright |

The fastest way of finding this folder is to go Start > Run and enter in sendto. In this folder, right click and select "New Text Document" to open up notepad. Save this blank document as Desktop (shortcut).DESKLINK (don't let it add a .txt extension to it) back into the sento folder and ignore the warning about changing extensions. Now try using the right-click on something and seeing whether you have that option back again. |
