Cant beat those old games for DOS, like Commander Keen 4, Jill of the Jungle.. Blues Brothers...

Man I remember running those on my 20Mhz 286 w/4MB Ram!

289674 2004-11-10 20:39:00 The original Duke Nukems were great fun, not Duke3D but the original side scrollers. Dont know if there free, but there were demos that had the first few levels. If you can find the relevant emulator and rom then Metal Slug was wicked aswell. I've spend many summers days at the arcade shooting my way to victory. Pete O'Neil (250)

Heh, I had Jazz JackRabbit 2. Me and my little brother got into some arguments about that :0 . It was too easy just to run like heck in 2 player, so he couldnt kill me, and the other way round.

289679 2004-11-11 01:12:00 Yeah, I remember finishing Jazz Jackrabbit... Only ever had the Trial of Jazz 2.

Jazz Jackrabbit Christmas was great....

And who can remember the origional Lemmings! Now there was a good way to kill hours!

I got up to the first level on the hardest level of difficulty but could never get past that 1st on on that set :-(

Pingus is a good replacement now :-)
