No, not if it is a genuine error that was not picked up until it was pointed out to them.

If, however, they discover the error (eg because you have tried to buy the product from them at their special price) and they don't correct their advertisement (eg on their website or a notice displayed in their shop, etc) at their earliest opportunity and within an acceptable time frame then they could be deemed to be "baiting" and therefore are committing an offence.

C1Computer emailed me this morning apologising for the price mix-up, and oferred to refund me what I paid. I replied saying I was only razzing them, and kindly cancel the order.
