If, however, they discover the error (eg because you have tried to buy the product from them at their special price) and they don't correct their advertisement (eg on their website or a notice displayed in their shop, etc) at their earliest opportunity and within an acceptable time frame then they could be deemed to be "baiting" and therefore are committing an offence. |
