| 289499 | 2004-11-08 20:43:00 | My IE6 has been acting slow and recalcitrant lately. Google search, news etc usually pop up real fast but now sometimes need several tries to access their web page, and sometimes I just get a page not found b/s. No, it's not spyware, malware. Covered those bases already. Ditto for Hosts file contamination, virrii etc. Is there a way to repair IE6, as in earlier versions? I already have Firefox but this does not work for all sites I visit, such as Paradise, online banking etc. Many thanks for any input. John W. |
