1374155 2014-05-04 20:27:00 I seem to recall that some time ago there was an article that covered the title above.

I have looked but did not find out how to do it. Anyone know if this is a can be done ?

1374157 2014-05-04 22:13:00 If its a movie, then you'd need some software to copy it over. If the DVD just has files on it, copy & paste. autechre (266)

Hi Speedy, Would it make any difference if I told you it was a computer game, just checking before I spring into action !

1374159 2014-05-04 22:30:00 If it checks for the dvd after then you need something else. So, it wont check Speedy Gonzales (78)
1374160 2014-05-04 23:18:00 It's a bit complicated and may or may not be legal depending on the game and local piracy laws. If you need the DVD in the drive to play you need to rip it to an ISO file and then use a virtual DVD drive to mount the ISO, something like Alcohol 120%

If it's a protected DVD then you need software that can get around that and it may not be possible - not something we can help with here due to forum rules.
If it's not protected then it's not too hard to create an ISO and someone can probably recommend some software, not something I've done myself in years personally.

1374161 2014-05-05 01:57:00 If it's not protected then it's not too hard to create an ISO Simple free solution isorecorder (isorecorder.alexfeinman.com) - Simply install it, then right click the CD/DVD - create image from CD/DVD

tried it on OS's From XP to W8.1.1 All work fine
