1374352 2014-05-16 06:25:00 See if USB legacy support is enabled in the BIOS. This may have to be enabled for it to work in safe mode Speedy Gonzales (78)
1374353 2014-05-16 06:48:00 Tried that, enabled, but still the same result. darkoverlord123 (16996)
1374354 2014-05-16 07:30:00 If it's similar to an MS site I read earlier (if you use PS/2 which you don't). Something maybe corrupt in the registry. You're not using a USB hub are you?? Speedy Gonzales (78)
1374355 2014-05-17 04:40:00 Nope, and I found out the disk will stay there, but as soon I try to access it, it dissapears darkoverlord123 (16996)

1374358 2014-05-17 06:39:00 You can load it normally cant you?? Speedy Gonzales (78)
1374359 2014-05-17 06:49:00 Like how do you run teamviewer? darkoverlord123 (16996)
1374360 2014-05-17 06:55:00 So far no ones suggested the obvious -- Check the eventvwr logs, check to see if anything is shown relating to DISK.

If there are entries that say DISK then its often a case of either the HDD is failing or the controller/port on the mother board is failing. "IF" the HDD or controller is failing that will cause a drive to disappear when accessing it. :2cents:
