In you're in the control panel look for and left click "System" Icon ( its the same as right clicking This PC) Then on the left should be as i mentioned before. |

Press the windows key + r. Type services.msc. Go to windows error reporting service. If this is where you disabled it. Change it to Manual. Then start it |
