1356721 2013-10-22 08:34:00 You're right doesn't sound right, 1200Kb is only 1.1MB. IF he has gone over the limit with just over one Megabyte ( 1.171875MB to be precise) ( online calculator) :p he was pushing the limit of his usage anyway.




Just did a test, I got a usage meter on the Office PC. Simply Opening www.stuff.co.nz Their home page Used 2MB.
Must be all those ads on stuff.

One example I show customers is run Ccleaner a couple of times, so it cleans out everything, then go to Stuff and xtra's site.

Now run ccleaner again, see how much "crap" is downloaded from two sites - now X that by not clearing out the PC over months of usage, and they wonder where the space goes and why it slows down :horrified

Old .com would be disgusted at such low data caps, where by you can't download 1 meg.

It's already downloaded so whether or not you read it, it's already used the data.
Viewing stuff on screen uses data......
