There was an issue with the Calendar and DST way back then that took Apple MONTHS to resolve (resolved, after I moved to Android in disgust at the way Apple treats their customers). And now the same problem has occurred again! OK - it might seem minor to some people, but it's not just the fact that there was a bug in software that "just works" on a $1200+ device, but the 80+ pages of complaints on the Apple forum from people all around the world desperately seeking some kind of answer and resolution for this one issue that was effectively being ignored by Apple that really brought it home to me that Apple don't care about their customers... |
