| 1356926 | 2013-10-23 09:04:00 | I thought I would treat myself to a pair of the above, till I saw them at $ 500. Question is, is it possible to buy something decent for a reasonable price, what is a reasonable price I hear you cry, well lot less that $500. |

| 1356929 | 2013-10-23 19:06:00 | I have a pair of those I use for skype and gaming, I'm pretty happy with them. They are probably not up to audiophile standards for music but I think they sound ok. They do have an issue with one of my PC's I can't explain though, broken audio in both directions like you'd get from a lose wire. Of 4 machines I've tested on it only happens on one and it doesn't matter what OS or port so I'm thinking it's something to do with the USB functions of that motherboard. Should not be an issue but I mention it just in case. |

| 1356931 | 2013-10-23 19:52:00 | H600s are great, or H800 if you want to also have bluetooth connectivity - I use these so I can switch my headphones between PC & phone. | inphinity (7274) | ||

| 1356934 | 2013-10-23 20:00:00 | My sons got a set of these pbtech.co.nz He's tried many others and they have always broke for one reason or another. While not as cheap as the other ones above they are very good and comfortable, he has them on most of the day. The ear cups are better than the H600 as they fit over your ears. The do block out a LOT of background noise as well. To quote him, When he's got music playing or he's gaming you cant hear anything else really. We know that's true, try calling him for dinner or lunch you have to go into his room and tap him on the shoulder or YELL really loud. :D |
