| 1356880 | 2013-10-23 00:27:00 | I saw the 1st episode in series 10 Bitterly dissapointed, was lame, stupid , like a 10 year old wrote the jokes > After that I gave up on it. I was a big fan, but it seemed like they ran out of ideas & just reverted to stupid jokes & puns. From memory, was a while back. Perhaps it will get better ?? |

| 1356881 | 2013-10-23 07:09:00 | I bought the series X DVD a few weeks ago from Mighty Ape, and I'm very happy with it. The humour has returned to how it used to be, before they took the poor turn with the prison ship stuff, which was weak. The steady aging of the actors is very apparent now, but as Rob Grant has already stated, it wouldn't be RD without them, so there are no plans to swap out the old actors for younger ones. Ktyten seems the same, thanks to the heavy costume hiding the age. Kochanski is still absent throughout the series. Can't honestly recall who / what was done re the Holly character... there's an escuse to go and watch it all again! Very glad to hear season XI is in the works! |
