290561 2004-11-11 07:10:00 I was downloading Macromedia Dreamweaver on a 56K Modem.
Adnd we had a electrician doing some rewiring and he had to turn of the mains so i had to shut down the computer in the middle of downloadin (Which takes about 5.5-6 hrs to download). and I was wondering if there is a program that can download a program but if need to shut down I can resume where I left of. Because it is really annoying to download something that takes a long and have to shut in the middle of it

Can someone help me

and search for download manager.

There is a free one fresh download. Cant remember what the url is now. BUT u have to give your email, so they can send u a serial #.

290567 2004-11-11 12:27:00 I use Download Accellerator plus - www.speedbit.com Does the trick, but has ads... I don't think there's spyware in it though, correct me if I'm wrong.

The free version is rather well hidden on the website but follow your nose and you'll find it.
