| 290095 | 2004-11-10 08:38:00 | I have followed the instructions in the September PCWorld regarding backups but the Backup Wizard will not recognise my CD-RW. My CD-RW drive is E: and I have used the default backup file of "Backup.bkf" and I just get a message stating the path is not valid. Your assistance please. | ajwilli (6390) | ||
| 290096 | 2004-11-10 09:34:00 | Hi and Welcome to PressF1 :) Microsoft's backup utility cannot backup directly to a CD-RW. You will need to save the file to your hard drive and then copy it to a CD using your CD writing software. You can find full instructions on using the backup utility here (www.microsoft.com). |
