| 291225 | 2004-11-13 04:05:00 | Hello, If my Router does not have a PPoA conenction option, but instead a PPoE option can I still connect to Telecoms Jetstream Service? There are some other options from the drop down menu but PPoA just isn't there- PPoE RAS PPTP HeartBeat Signal Model- Linksys BEFW11S4 |

| 291228 | 2004-11-13 05:56:00 | Have you tried updating the firmware, if possible? I don't think Telecom's network supports PPPoE, but I'm not 100% sure on that. You won't want to use RAS, and Heartbeat - well that's not for use with a general DSL connection. |
