2004-11-16 23:37:00 | >Well, Physics tommorow. >How is everyone feeling about this exam? Physics... don't talk about that yet, i got enough to worry about with the Accounting one this aftenoon... Looking over old exam papers is a hige help. And for physics, i belive its very easy to get the M or Ex level for "solving problems" teh challenge is in explaining stuff.. BUt enough about that, i should get back to my last minute cramming

2004-11-17 05:00:00 | arh.. gald thats over.. Was pretty hard (talking bout Lvl 2 Accn here) for M and E levels, but should have passed with A's no problem. You know how usually during the year you are tested with hard exams, and the end of year is usually easier, well this wasn't the case this year!

2004-11-17 05:08:00 | yeah same just finished the accounting exam, i was not too bad but i did find the balance day adjustments a tad wierd, but oh well, i tried to answer nearly every question and i tried my best :D | Prescott (11) | |
2004-11-17 05:25:00 | Same thing about Level 2 Accounting, really. I did 2.4 (90223 I think) first and spent 70 minutes on it - recommended time was 40 minutes. That seriously affected the rest of my exam, because I ran out of time (so much for doing the worst one first). The majority of people I talked to afterwards said that it was too long, or too hard, or they didn't have enough time, so obviously something was wrong. Our teachers were told to make our preliminary exams harder than what we are to expect in the finals, and I got five Excellences in the prelim for Accounting. I'll be lucky if I get two Es out of that exam, and I know for sure I've probably got two As (or even worse, two NAs) out of the ones I skipped questions on just to move on...

2004-11-17 05:32:00 | Same thing here, got a heap of E's in the practice, and today will be lucky to get one!! As for time, i finished right on time, left about 6 questions which i went make and guessed, but saying that, there were only like 4 out of 20 odd that had left early (for Lv2 Acc) 2.4, that was the subsystem's one aye? That was pretty dumb, that was the one i did less study for, as to just much to remeber, and i kept thinking common sense should pull me thro - which i think it did!

2004-11-17 22:33:00 | Well today is the day of Physics, How are we physics takers feeling about this? I'm quite savvy on this topic, I like my number crunching.

2004-11-17 22:37:00 | im lucky i had big gapes between my exams like a week between each exam | sam_baird2003 (5464) | |
2004-11-17 22:59:00 | yea, should be interesting... I had Accnt yesterday, and as i'm doing that next year and not this, i sorta haven't really spent much time on physics. But i'm pretty confident of gettng all the credits, just goona be tuff getting M's and E's. Cos i think physics is pretty easy to pass with A. I mean you only need basic calculations and basic explainations, and as for the calculations, all the formula's are at the front, and you just have to subsitute in the values (i'm talking bout A level here) and the explain Q's, well if you've paid at least some attention in classes, and mix that with common sense it should see you thro

2004-11-17 23:47:00 | Just had level 3 physics - lol, i don't know why but i find our school physics exams harder than the NCEA ones. That was the case with both last year and this year. Didn't have much time left tho, left modern physics 'till last, and a good thing too, only had 25mins left when i started it. Hoping for maybe perhaps 2 E's and 2 M's.... Stiven
