| 292256 | 2004-11-15 04:08:00 | For those that are interested, Gmail have started enabling the free email accounts for POP access and forwarding. Under "Settings" in the log-in page, if you have a "POP and Forwarding Options" tab, then its enabled. Not all accounts are enabled yet, its a gradual roll-out but they do not seem to be notifying that its done. |

| 292259 | 2004-11-15 04:20:00 | Goddie can you explain a bit further? forwarding to them or possible other mail progs? so if i got G mail, i could have it sent to me elsewhere? mail prog wise. or are we talking forwarded to g mail account? having not got G mail now wonder whether i should have. or is it likely id just get more spam than the already 20+ a day on all existing accounts? beetle |

| 292260 | 2004-11-15 04:31:00 | You can forward it to any email account it seems (its happily forwarding to an Xtra one at the moment) plus access it from OE, Outlook etc and not just via webmail). But I stress, not all accounts are enabled yet. |

(work addy's) will have some fun i guess, too many email addy's round here not enuf contacts . . . . . so we will see how many questions i can think up to ask about this new toy now huh? beetle |
