I really don't understand the import of this and will have to think about it, although I was sure that the answer was that simple..!! Many thanks to you and to everyone who made a suggestion. :-) |

Interesting - I've been using Excel for years and have never seen that option before. Is it new in 2003? It would be quite a handy fuction for entering cash values etc without having to hit the decimal key all the time. Mike. |
