293915 2004-11-19 08:53:00 Hello :)

In MS Excel I want to make a sheet up listing at lest 20 or 30 sites with different SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) information for example for the first column (A) I have :

URL to be submitted:

Title: (Site name)

Short Title(Site name):

keywords:

Short keywords:

Description:

Short Description:

Company name:

Name:

Address:

Phone number:

Fax:

E-mail:

NZ Or overseas Search engines or both?

Date late submitted:

Date submitted:

Then in the 2nd column I have all the information that is related to column A

Then I have to do that another 20 or so time with each of the sites different information

What would be the best way to do this?

A. Do it how I am doing it now?

B. Have Column A as number 1 & have the data coming from the top down ( I don’t think this will work, due to the amount of data)

C. another way?

Any Ideas?

293916 2004-11-19 09:01:00 Use Row 1 as the heading row, listing all those headings that you've listed for Column A. Bold them and freeze the pane (so those headings are always visible if you need them to be).
Enter the info for each site on each subsequent row - you shouldn't need to retype the headings for each site. You can fit much more info down the page than you can across it.

293917 2004-11-19 09:02:00 Instead of putting all the title information in a column put it on the top row and then all the info below it in the columns.

The sheet will obviously get very wide though and it will be hard to view at a low resolution...

Word-wrap the cells to suit.
