293651 2004-11-19 01:10:00 Thanks, Tried that but noticed that I already have a number od "unicows.dll" in adobe and other programmes.

The error message is in Adobe dialogue manager and says it is unable to load the dll.

Any further suggestions??

Did Adobe 6 reader ever work on your computer?
Did you uninstall Adobe 5 before installing 6?

Have a look as the registry will probably have something to do with this.

293656 2004-12-06 19:20:00 1.Adobe 6 was working perfectly and has done for some months. then suddenly I got the error.
2. Adobe 5 was not uninstalled.
3. Adobe 6 automatically went into a separate sub directory Program/adobe/adobe6
4 Adobe 5 went into Programe/adobe/adobe5

Will wander through the registry and see if I can spot anything
