| 294254 | 2004-11-20 03:30:00 | Hi Just wondering if anyone knew if the $100 early disconnection fee for the new xtra jetstream deal (free modem. free connection) was charged on actually disconnecting from the ADSL service or changing isps, or either action. Thanks in advance |

| 294256 | 2004-11-20 03:56:00 | Xtra are not Telecom, Telecom supply the Jetstream. Telecom will charge an early disconnection fee of $100 if the connection is cancelled with-in 12 months. If you change to another ISP you have not cancelled your Jetstream connection with Telecom. What Xtra would do if you changed ISP'S I am not sure, you would need to check their T&C especially relating to any free modem they supplied. |
