| 295280 | 2004-11-23 03:52:00 | I have just installed a new motherboard and the usb cables have got me beat. I have seven cables all with single pins that come from the frond USB"s to the motherboard. I don't know what goes where. The manual doesn't give any help. The cables have names on them but the pins give no indication of what they are. The M/B is a gigabyte GA 8ipe w pro. Then there are two bigger cables that are attached to two rear USB ports. I can't find anywhere to fit them either. If anybody is familiar with this setup I'rd love to hear from you. Jack |

The front of the case, if the case has a USB port on it, will either have 4 wires or 8-9 wires coming from it ( depending on if the front of the case has 1 or 2 USB ports on it). The manual SHOULD have something like GND etc on it (where it shows the USB headers), so u know where the front USB cables go. |
