If so can anyone recommend what to look for re: make and model.

In those cases, yes its well worth it.

295289 2004-11-23 22:53:00 if your connect is not extreamly poor (ie you can get 28-33k speeds) then a cheaper external (as long as its serial) will help without the huge cost of dynalinks rural modem. tweak'e (174)
