| 1375059 | 2014-05-15 00:59:00 | Windows 7 ASRock G41M-VS3 motherboard won't recognize usb's being plugged in. Plugged in Microsoft usb mouse & Dell keyboard ~ stated unknown device ~ but they work usb flash drive ~ not recognized; same with camera... updated drivers ~ no change ran Microsoft FixIt ~ couldn't any suggestions? |

| 1375060 | 2014-05-15 01:09:00 | Are the chipset (I think thats the inf file /driver) (www.asrock.com)installed?? If it's been installed, , delete the USB entries then reboot And is it up to date with updates? Also, make sure the USB options in the BIOS are enabled |

| 1375062 | 2014-05-15 01:18:00 | I tried to install the inf file but it wouldn't allow without administrative rights have turned off Norton & right clicked & run as admin still same as above Yes up to date with updates ~ but it keeps cycling through the install every time computer is shut down. I'll recheck the bios |
