1375060 2014-05-15 01:09:00 Are the chipset (I think thats the inf file /driver) (www.asrock.com)installed??

If it's been installed, , delete the USB entries then reboot

And is it up to date with updates?

Also, make sure the USB options in the BIOS are enabled

1375062 2014-05-15 01:18:00 I tried to install the inf file but it wouldn't allow without administrative rights
have turned off Norton & right clicked & run as admin still same as above

Yes up to date with updates ~ but it keeps cycling through the install every time computer is shut down.

I'll recheck the bios

1375064 2014-05-15 01:24:00 So you're using a guest acct / login? If you're not, it sounds like something has screwed it up Speedy Gonzales (78)
1375065 2014-05-15 01:27:00 no ~ I am logged in as administrator NZHawk (4093)
1375066 2014-05-15 01:31:00 Sounds like an update maybe stuck?? If its looping every-time you shut down or restart. What update is it trying to install? Speedy Gonzales (78)
1375067 2014-05-15 01:36:00 cancel this thread ~ the computer owner has pulled the plug ~ going to go new.

Thank you! :)
