| 1375003 | 2014-05-14 11:49:00 | I wish to delete my Outlook 2013 account permanently from this PC. What I did: File -> Account Information -> Account Settings -> selected my account and removed it. Closed OL But when I re-open Outlook, all my emails still there! How do I delete it completely? I have also uninstalled Office 2013 and re-installed it but sadly, when I open Outlook, all my emails are still sitting there! I need to delete it as this PC will be used by another member of the family. Don't tell me that I need to reinstall Windows 7 in order to delete this stubborn Outlook? Cheers |

Then delete the PST file, that has all of the emails in it, which should be in your Documents - Outlook Files folder. Next time Outlook is opened it should ask you to create a new profile, if not create a new profile from the Mail icon in Control Panel. |
