Looks like an alcoholic, I bet it sure does stop him from working, most employers aren't too keen on people turning up reeking of meths and being zonked most of the day. Alcohol, while self inflicted writes you off totally once you get to that point....not much you can do really........no idea if he gets any kind of benefit.....but he is polite when sober, (well soberish perhaps?) saying excuse me when maneuvering the trolley around pedestrians. Probably someone will do something nasty to him one day. |
