1359834 2013-11-19 20:23:00 A friend of mine used to hide his picture collection in the C:\windows directory, reasoning his wife was never going to look in there. Seemed to work she never did.
You can imagine for yourself what sort of pictures.

1359835 2013-11-19 20:29:00 Ive had a couple of onsite jobs where the desktop wallpaper was erect sausages (you know what I mean)
VERY unsettling to have that right there in front of you when trying to fix the PC. I had to try & hide the sausage by covering it with MSword window

1359836 2013-11-19 21:32:00 You'd be perfectly entitled to have them remove the offending wallpaper, well I have no problem with people looking at whatever they like it's not cool to leave it on display when having someone work on the machine. I occasionally set some "racey" wallpapers on my PC, they never stay there when anyone comes around or I take the PC somewhere. dugimodo (138)
1359837 2013-11-19 22:40:00 Worst two I've had:

Kid blew up their old HP WinME on purpose by switching the voltage to 110, his mother wanted some docs retrieved off the HD. Title of the important docs had "east" in them, so I search for those and all these bestiality files come up. Classy for a 16 year old.

Other one, an old geezer's system was munted by so many infections, so re-install time. Go into docs/pictures etc to copy data over. Naturally large icon folder display is turned on, and there he is doing a full frontal webcam selfie. :yuck: ....at least he wasn't aroused at the time. No idea if his wife knew what he was up to, he'd signed up to dating sites by the look of his browser bookmarks.

Haha. Neighbour boy tried that...it was under Dir\Cooking\Recipes\baking\Names\somethingelse\som ethingelse\....
So hidden. Not.

When asked to retrieve documents and pics for customers I don't generally trust the \Users\Docs folder...they put stuff all over, including the desktop so a quick search for *.jpg...and there you go.
