296753 2004-11-26 20:25:00 Impossible to send anywhere as you can imagine. Thomas (1820)
296754 2004-11-26 20:40:00 Convert it to JPEG, if that doesn't reduce the size enough you can play around with the resolution ( X x Y pixels) or the compression rate.
D/L Irfanview if you don't have anything else.

Open the image in Paint or other photo editor.
Click on 'File/ Save As' and click on the arrow to open the drop down box in 'Save as type' and select JPEG and click on 'save'

296757 2004-11-26 22:26:00 I don't know if the conversion would get rid of the Tif, Thomas but be sure to save a new version as JPG. The original TIF will be higher resolution and each time you save a JPG the size of the file gets smaller(lower resolution) If the pic is important leave it as a TIF and make a copy of it as a JPG if you want to send it to someone.
I think.

296758 2004-11-26 22:28:00 Have done that dad, when I go to my pics,it is still a tif,did it thrice and still no luck. Thomas (1820)
296759 2004-11-26 22:34:00 The original .tif will still be there with a new file with .jpg extension. Check the location the file is saving to. Davesdad (923)
296760 2004-11-26 22:49:00 Had I looked further down my pics I would have seen it,now 777kb.
Thanks again .
