| 296712 | 2004-11-26 13:55:00 | There has been several messages in the past about programs that will monitor network traffic usage on PC's and Routers and such. I found a good one yesterday that requires SNMP running (Win XP Pro, Win2000, Win2003 all have it) and graphs in real time and saves data to do reports on. It has a freeware version as well as an option purchase if needed to monitor more than one port (network interface). The paid version can also monitor all sorts of other things as well such as CPU load and disk load. The link to it is PRTG (www.paessler.com) I have no connection to this site other than finding it and having it do what many want. It certainly does for me. |
