Here is the reply sent to me via email: >>thank you for that . just a quick questions do you have a phone number and name for the person that lost all the credit on his phone . if you have that would be good and then we can look into this further it is something that we are not aware of at the moment and if this is happening we would like to try an stop this form happening again . So, if you have had problems being scammed, ring Vodafone and give them the details . |
