| 296589 | 2004-11-26 07:40:00 | I am the customer. I ordered A. If you did not install A, one of the main reasons must be, A is not available, or you put what I ordered. END. D. |

| 296590 | 2004-11-26 07:44:00 | Well I was originally purchasing Kingston DDR400 HyperX dual channel RAM. But on discovering the back order queue I went with OCZ Dual Channel DDR400 and it rocks!!! Hey, if you specifically ordered Transcend Jetram then you should bloody well get Jetram. They should order it in and notify you when it arrives and you can do the swap on the day with minimal downtime. I remember a rather dodgy PC company here in CHCH some years ago and they got done for selling PC's without the parts customers had ordered, like missing RAM and cheaper CPU's etc. So now if anyone I know buys a PC I open it up and check they got what they payed for. The computer industry certainly doesn't need crap like this, gives PC retailers a bad image. |

Some asian companies are indeed useless and are impossible to deal with but asians do not have a monoply on crapola service. My company of choice is asian, their service is impeccable, their backup is outstanding and their prices are competitive. They have served my business and myself faithfully for the last six years which is why we spend an ungodly amount of money with them. There are a number of asian companies where I wouldn't even contemplate walking into but that also applies to a goodly number of european shops. |
