| 297628 | 2004-11-29 00:53:00 | What game did u install on it recently? If its brand new, I would take it back to the shop. When does this message come up?? After the welcome screen ? | Spacemannz (808) | ||
| 297629 | 2004-11-29 00:54:00 | Does the PC have any antivirus software running and is it up to date? I have seen this error come about from a virus. To fix it, do a search for the file called autoexec and it should find a copy in the C:\Windows\repair folder. (Make sure you have enabled the search to look in system and hidden folders!) Then copy this file into c:\windows\system32 folder. (you might have to enable viewing of hidden files/folders) |
