Good luck.

297225 2004-11-28 05:05:00 may i aslo advice that you get avg virus scanner which is free, spy bot search and destroy and adaware and make sure that you keep them up to date, these combination of programs _should_ keep you safe from the nasties of there Prescott (11)

297227 2004-11-28 07:30:00 Hey, I've tried that (instructions) and still I cant get rid of the virus!*angry* when I run AVG nothing happens, when I run Spybot nothing happens, but when I run Ad-Aware SE, an "AVG Resident Shield" pop-up, "pops up" and says;
Virus Detected! [with that picture of the strange guy] it also says;

While opening file:[bold] C:\DOCUME~1\MUMAND~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\AAWTMP\C306937\ GetAcess.class
Virus identified Java/ByteVerify
I cant get "Info","Heal", "Delete file", "move to Vault"

Hope someone can help me :s

297228 2004-11-28 07:37:00 I think from previous posts the free version of AVG doesnt give u the option of moving to vault/healing or deleting . It ONLY tells u if theres a virus, which is pretty pointless .

According to trojan remover here try this

When run on a website this trojan can run arbitrary code
on the connected PC, as described by Microsoft in:
Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-011

When detected on a local PC this is usually a copy of the . CLASS
file retained in the Temporary Internet Files cache - clearing the
cache should remove the trojan .

Or get trojan remover from here, and see if it removes it .

. simplysup . com/tremover/" target="_blank">www . simplysup . com it isnt free BUT might work .

Update to the latest version/database then scan . ONCE u remove it update windows .
