297106 2004-11-28 02:49:00 when I make Mozilla my default browser I get no sound when viewing or composing web pages.I feel a bit silly about this as I feel there is a simple solution but I can not put my finger on it Dumb1 (5351)
297107 2004-11-28 03:35:00 Do you mean no sound as in the computer speakers do not work at all when you are using Mozilla, or some object in a webpage which should have a sound associated with it, doesn't play?

Can you give a more specific example, thanks :)

I think what you are saying is that web pages that play midi files you cannot hear using Mozilla. I had a similar situation with Netscape and had to install Quicktime and then immediately could here midi files.

297114 2004-11-28 04:38:00 What sort of sound files are these that you are embedding in the html?

Is this Mozilla or Mozilla Firefox you are using?
