| 298350 | 2004-11-30 13:39:00 | Everytime I go to log into my hotmail account it comes up a dialog box saying that this file is damaged. The file damage is msimg32.dll Please help asap.....I cannot click on anything in my hotmail account....It does allow me to log in and goes to show me what email is waiting but just as soon as it does that it comes up with that message in box and the screen freezes up instantly and I have to do control alt delete to get rid of it.....but it does not say that it is not responding....Please any help asap, Thank you, Tammy |

| 298351 | 2004-11-30 18:41:00 | You could either search for this file on the net, and put it in c:/windows/system32, or depending on which version of windows u have ask a mate who has the same version of windows as u to copy this file to floppy/disk and then copy it to the c:/windows/system32. Or go to start/run in your version of windows and type sfc i think it is. You'll need your windows cd for this so, you can replace the file from the cd. |
