I could not be bothered taking it back to swap for Jetram, so running with el cheapo Legend. So far so good -giving it a try. Also, the Asus drive is louder than my BenQ 40x12x48x drive. I'm very concerned because I suppsedly got the last one of the 'lot' that the shop ordered on mass. The Nero CD that came with it was clearly already opened. On the side of the drive, there is a sticker saying, -warranty void if broken or something like that. Well -it is already ripped! Parents said I'm just being fussy ~ I'm gonna see how it all goes and if not.. take it back. They are a 'friend' so they can't really escape me ]:) |

| 298299 | 2004-11-30 21:10:00 | The owner told me I had his personal guarantee that the CD-RW and Ram are good quality components. So -taking that on, any problems whatsoever, and I will be back into the shop. | ~~~~~ s y ~~~~~ (2054) | ||

| 298304 | 2004-11-30 22:55:00 | It may not ask but there is one somewhere i think. I think if the burner came with it. BUT it may ask if it isnt the same burner u got with Nero. | Spacemannz (808) | ||
| 298305 | 2004-11-30 22:57:00 | The serial is already entered, you just have to click next... Anyhow,i have used quite a few OEM versions of Nero that had different behaviour,Some worked with any drive and some that only worked on the bundled drive. And even a couple that refused to work with the drive it was supplied with..... |
